Healing is More Than Physical

I have a friend who recently confessed she has an autoimmune disorder. She hesitated to reveal this to people as she makes a career of helping people heal and improve their diets and has been a shining example of what living the Almost Vegan life will do for you. However, she bravely chose to reveal this in hopes that people would realize that her diet actually prevented her from subcumming to this disease earlier. You can read Amber's story HERE.

I can completely relate to this, as recently my health took a downturn, and I too, promote healthy living as a way to heal. However, as I've said many times, healing is physical, emotional and spiritual, and without balancing all three, illness will creep it's way in. Eating healthy and getting exercise is fantastic and will no doubt keep you healthy for a long time. Eventually though, if the underlying issues that caused you to be unhealhty in the first place are not addressed, at some point you will experience health issues again.

Therefore, I have decided to create a series of posts on the emotional and spiritual tools for getting healthy. This is where I'm at in my journey right now as well. I've been great at eating right, but when it comes to the other stuff it's been a challenge for me. I'll be discussing:

  • EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
  • Louise Hays "You Can Heal Your Life"
  • Meditation
  • The Violet Flame
  • Energy Healing Techniques
  • QiGong
  • Prayer
  • Visualization
  • Creativity
  • Tuning Forks
  • The Healing Codes
and so much more!!!

What is the M.O.P.A. Machine?

As I continue to heal my body, one of the items I've been using is a frequency generator called the M.O.P.A. While this particular machine has only been around a short while, earlier versions date back to 1905. Some of you may have heard of a Rife machine; this is an advanced version of that. Essentially, the machine uses high level frequencies at a specific vibration that kills microbes in our cells. This would include parasites, viruses, bacteria, fungi, etc. According to Cancer Tutor:

"The protocol utilizes a uniquely designed, wide-range 20 MHz frequency generator to deliver these specific resonant frequencies to the body. When an unwanted microorganism is exposed to its MOR, it oscillates to the point of being damaged or killed. Again, the best image to describe this resonating effect is that it is similar to how an opera singer (or a talented vocalist) can shatter a wine glass with the right pitched note carried by audio waves. It is understood that the microbes inside the cancer cells cause a cancer cell to remain cancerous. By killing the microbes inside the cancer cells; the cancer cells will revert into normal cells (as verified by numerous cancer researchers over the past 70 years). This is why the original Rife Machine had a "carrier frequency." The "carrier frequency" carries the frequency signal, which is designed to kill the microbes, through the cell membrane and inside the cancer cells. As just mentioned, if all of the microbes inside of a cancer cell are killed, the cancer cell will revert into a normal cell. This is the safest way to rid the body of cancer cells because there is no debris from dead cancer cells."

I've been doing this machine for about six weeks now, and in that time I've seen the tumors in my neck shrink to about a quarter of the size. Tumors in my armpits have also shrunk, and while I can't see the tumors that and in my organs, I know some of the soreness and pressure I experienced is gone. This is an amazing machine and a great addition to any protocol. I will caution though that is is an ADDITION to your protocol. NEVER rely on just ONE thing to heal yourself. Combine a good diet, juicing/smoothies, proper supplements, EFT, etc. to heal. However, I know this machine has made a huge difference for me. Sadly, this isn't a more prevalent treatment because the FDA refuses to acknowledge it and has actually arrested people for claiming that it heals, even though scientific data dating back to the early 1900's has continuously proved that frequencies machines do heal disease. I can only hope that at some point, the holistic community will gain a greater voice, and the FDA will no longer be able to silence us. For now, do your homework, and remember, our bodies were designed to heal themselves.

Cancer Update

I have been remiss in writing this past month, due to major illness. I've had two cellulitis infections, the cold from hell that turned into bronchitis, all of which gave my cancer the window it needed to spread like wild fire.
I have two major tumors in my lungs, putting pressure on my trachea. Tumors in my spleen and abdomen and in the bones. My blood levels and iron are so low that I had to get a blood transfusion (18 hours in the hospital!). I also had to do an EKG to chart my heart, because it may not be strong enough for any type of treatments. It could basically stop at any time. I'm also malnourished, because my body isn't processing any of my food, so I'm constantly hungry but never satisfied. This is part of a lot of issues. I am going to take crap loads of Hydrochloric Acid and various enzymes, although I've done this before with little result, but it's the best shot I have of getting some nutrients in my body. Ugh, I may have to resort to juicing, oh how I hate it, but my new roomie (Dad) has volunteered to juice for me. I also don't get enough good fats, so hello avocados and almonds! And salt, my sodium is ridiculously low because I don't eat salt, so somehow I have to make that happen. I admit the thought grosses me out. My Vitamin D is insanely low, along with magnesium, but again until I start absorbing things I'm not sure how to balance this out. I got a B12 shot. I've been instructed not to drive and I can no longer live on my own, so my little bits of freedom are now gone. I'm doing my best to not be moody, but I am not excited about all of this. I did a Resonance Repatterning  session with Bobbie Martin to get my spirits up and plan on doing some more sessions. It's an energy psychology method that's pretty cool and can change the negative patterns we create and reform them into positive patterns. So wanting to die becomes wanting to live and so and such. In addition, we have to find a way to aid in my breathing, because if the tumor in my lung swells anymore, I will probably go to sleep and never wake up.Basically, this is my last chance, it's do or die, and maybe die anyway at this point. For those wondering about traditional treatment, besides my "hell no" attitude, I was given the impression that at this point it would only prolong my life, in a horrible way of course, that my cancer has spread beyond what chemo/radiation can do anything about. I've got to give it my all, or let go at this point, because there's not going to be a 4th chance. I would like to add that there are many people who have cured themselves holistically. I have fallen off the wagon many times, which is why I'm in this position. Those who are truly dedicated have had amazing healing experiences. This is my last chance to dedicate myself, and sadly it may already be too late. But I'm going to give it a whirl, and this time I have help. So fingers crossed!

My Treatment Plan
  • Juicing/Green Smoothies
  • The Budwig Diet (cottage cheese and flax oil)
  • Laetrile/B17
  • Cellect Powder (for the immune system)
  • Limu Juice
  • MSM/Colodial Sliver protocol
  • Coffee Enemas
  • Rebounder
  • EFT, Resonance Repatterning, Meditation
  • Colonics
  • Talking to my tumors
  • The Vibe Machine
There may be more to come, as we see how this all works!

Healing With Tuning Fork Sound Therapy

Last night I attended a mini-workshop on Tuning Forks put on by no other but my lovely and wonderful Mother, Rhonda. Tuning forks are a tool that allow one to "tune up" our bodies using sound frequencies.  Everything is energy, and sound energy literally affects the frequency of our cells. By using tuning forks, a healer can raise the vibration of our cells to the proper place, healing imbalances in the body. For more information on Tuning Forks, click here.

A miraculous healing occurred at the end of the evening.  Using two of the forks, the Genesis fork and the Shekinah fork, four people watched my tumor(s) in my neck visibly shrink, within about 15 minutes!! How amazing is that! I didn't actually see it happen (no mirror) but looked in the mirror afterwards and couldn't believe it! Half the size, at least, plus the consistency changed. The solid wall around my primary tumor is softening, breaking down. I had a lot of drainage in my throat last night, I'm guessing as the tumor drained out of the body. I did some serious detoxing today, both an enema and detox bath, and went easy with the eating, a delicious smoothie.  I've had a lot of shrinkage and shifts lately, with the psychic surgery in my Reiki class, forgiveness work, Ho'oponono, etc. This however, just incredible.

I highly recommend looking into Tuning Fork Sound Therapy.  You can balance your chakras, heal cancer, melt away fat cells (not even kidding), improve circulation, etc. Check out this site to purchase forks and click here to schedule a healing with my Mom. Tuning Forks can be done long distance as well, very cool.

Love and Gratitude,

Shanna ♥

Fighting Fatigue

I feel like I've been living in a bit of a fog these last few weeks. Two weeks ago tonight I started my Reiki III training, an experience that is clearly kicking my ass.  Each level there is a cleanse, as your body attunes to the new energies. Level I is a physical cleanse, II an emotional cleanse and III a spiritual cleanse.  During my first week, in addition to the cleanse (which lasts 3 weeks), I also contracted the oh so popular flu bug. Luckily, my dandy flu tips helped me ward that sucker off, but I've still been majorly fatigued for the past few weeks, which I'm attributing to the Reiki cleanse. I've been sleeping quite a lot, in fact last week I slept right through Tuesday, missed it completely, quite a bizarre experience. I've watched over 40 hours of Buffy and really done little else. It's bizarre, I have absolutely no motivation, strength, energy, etc. and I have to ask, "how is this spiritual?"

I realized last night that I've allowed myself to "rest", to just do nothing, to lose myself in Buffy, and maybe that's the problem. This morning I made myself do my energy routine and bounce on my rebounder, and what do you know, I have a teeny bit of energy, enough to put this blog entry together. It also occured to me last night that maybe my body is encouraging me to take a physical break, and maybe a mental break, but not necessarily an emotional or spiritual break. Meaning, how much physical energy does it take to meditate, pray, read poetry, contemplate, do some spiritual reading?

In the past, when the going got tough, I always turned to Buffy. The lessons, the friendships, and comfort I experience while watching that show is like no other. But maybe that's the problem. Maybe I should be turning to myself, my inner guidance or ~ing, developing my own lessons, building my own friendships and finding comfort in my spirit guides and the Universe.

I know it's not a physical ailment that I'm experiencing, even though I have physical symptoms. I know what's it feels like for your body to start shutting down, what tumors feels like when they are growing, spreading, when your organs stop working and the process of dying begins. This is not the same. There is no pain, just intense fatigue, which probably will improve as I continue to push myself just a bit, do some spiritual work, and detox, detox, detox!

Watching TV, sleeping, numbing life away seems like the easy path, but really, what fun is that? Sure, we all need our chill days, but there is more to this life than being an observer, I want to be a participant. So yes, I still have a week of cleansing, and likely will continue to experience unbearable fatigue, but this is the time to break out that enema kit, do some yoga, and get started reading "A Course In Miracles."

And of course, learn psychic surgery in my Reiki class tonight....

12 Steps to a Healthier You

Getting healthy and staying healthy is a full time job and can be a daunting task. There are so many different aspects to being healthy; physically, emotionally and spiritually. There are many tools, that each take a few minutes of your day. So how does one balance this? Where do you begin and how do you stick with it once you've started the process? I've created a 12 Step Program, based on my own experience.  A few tips before I share the program; don't despair. How many times do you set a weight loss goal or decide to cut out coffee, and then on day five you break down, have a drink or binge on processed food? Most people say screw it, and go wild after that. Take a moment to access what happened, forgive yourself, and reset your intention. Everyone breaks, I don't care who you are, or how many years you've been on the strictest regiment known to man, we are all human. Don't beat yourself up because you just can't stand the idea of exercising today, just make sure to fit it in tomorrow. Learning to love yourself and accept yourself is an important tool to achieving a healthier you.

12 Steps to a Healthier You

1. Meditate.  Ok, so this may sounds strange to some of you, and others may wonder why I didn't start with cutting coffee or daily exercise, but trust me, this is the first step if you want to implement a successful health program into your life. Start with 5 minutes, every day to meditate on your desires, the things you want to improve, and what areas in your life you feel you may not be as healthy as you like. Meditation has several purposes a) you can figure out what your healthy goals are b) it helps center and focus you on achieving those goals c) it creates balance.  Try meditating for a week on creating a healthier you. Visualize yourself with an abundance of energy, an easy smile, a body type that allows you to wear anything you wish, freedom from disease and pain, etc. Feel it, know it will be yours, focus your energy, and you'll be ready to take the next step.

2. Establish Your Health Goals. Now that you've meditated and focused, what areas did you find need improvement. Are you tired a lot? Not getting enough sleep? Do you get colds frequently? Constipated? Do you feel depressed? Are you a mess Spiritually? Write down what you discovered about yourself in meditation, and create some achievable goals, start small. For instance, if weight loss is a goal, instead of saying you will loose 50 lbs in three months, start small, 2-5 lbs a week. Personally, I think you should throw out that scale, and focus instead on how loose your pants are getting and how much better you feel physically, but each person must make that decision for themselves. Starting with weekly, or even daily goals, will definitely make it more likely you will succeed. If for some reason you don't hit your goal that week, you can always start fresh with the next week!

3. Daily Affirmation. Ok, you've meditated, you've set your goals, now you need to affirm everyday to yourself that you are a superwoman/man and can easily achieve what it is that you desire. Post your goals on the mirror so you can see them each morning. When you get up, look yourself in the mirror and say "I love you. I believe in you. You're a rockstar!" Then, create an affirmation regarding your goals. For example, "I am on the path to a healthier me. I deserve to be fit, happy, and connected to the Universe/God. I love my body, I believe I am worth it, and today I am empowered to be the best me I can be." This is going to be extremely difficult for most of you at first. "I love myself...whaaat!!" It's an important step to successfully transforming your life, and I guarantee you it will get easier over time. You can also Empower Your Affirmations With EFT, a wonderful tool that will release some of the emotional blocks you may have.

4. Green Smoothies. Most of the time, the mindset initially is "what can I eliminate from my diet".  While eliminating things is important, and a lot of health advocates do say it can be more important than what you add to your diet, I feel that part of where people fail is they feel denied. So personally, I think adding something fun and delicious, that will immediately make you feel better, will make it easier to start eliminating when the time comes. You can read more about adding green smoothies to your diet in my blog entry Healthy Eating Monday's: Green Smoothies.

5. Shake That Thing! Exercise is extremely important. It moves the lymph, which clears toxins from your body, it boosts your endorphins, giving you a happy vibe, and gives you energy! It's so important to find something you like. If you hate your routine, you will not do it. Don't like the gym, don't get a gym membership! There are so many things you can do from the comfort of your own home. Take a walk, ride your bike (can you walk/bike to work?), bounce on a rebounder, do yoga, pop in an aerobics video, just MOVE!! You can mix it up, see what feels like fun each day, and it NEEDS to be fun. Dancing is also a great way to exercise, simply pop in a CD, and shake your thang!

6. Eliminate Coffee/Add Tea. Coffee is a stimulant, and gives you a false sense of energy, followed by a big crash.  Learn to say no to coffee, and yes to tea instead. Personally, I feel black tea is virtually worthless, so make the switch to green, red, yerba mate, white or an herbal blend. Allegro teas are inexpensive and have fun names such as "Engage Your Brain" and "Feel Flawless".  With the exception of red tea, most teas do have some caffeine as well, but also contain many herbs and anti-oxidants that will improve your health and clean your liver.

7. Forgiveness. Things are starting to get sticky, we've added some new things to our life, and now eliminated something precious to us as well.  It's time to break out the emotional tools and keep ourselves feeling good. Chances are, there has been a day (or two) that you've fallen off the wagon a bit by now. You are also probably remembering all those past experiences, where you tried to make the change and "failed". It's time to forgive yourself and release that toxic energy. Read more about Forgiveness tools in my previous blog on the subject.

8. Elimination Time! It's time to cut some more "no no's" from the diet.  In my blog post So You Want to Eat Healthier and Feel Better, I discussed cutting back on carbs, eliminating processed foods and soda pop, and participating in Meatless Monday's.  Check it out here: http://existingstricky.blogspot.com/2010/08/so-you-want-to-eat-healthy-and-feel.html

9. Detox Your World. At this point you should feel a real shift in how you are feeling. Chances are you are having more bowel movements, your skin may be breaking out or clearing up, you have more energy and feel balanced. It's important to detox during this period. There are many important tools, such as Skin Brushing, colonics/enema's, Epsom salt baths, neti pot, infra-red sauna, deep breathing exercises, parasite cleanse, etc.  If you don't move the toxins out of your body, they will recirculate into your blood stream and can cause fatigue and illness.  Pick one or two tools, and incorporate into your daily practice.  Most take only a few minutes, but for some you may have to schedule yourself a bit.

10. Laughter.  Laughter increases oxygen to the brain, stimulates your cells, strengthens your stomach muscles, is great exercise and makes you happy! The more you laugh, the better you will feel. Start off by setting aside one full minute to laugh each day. Set a timer, and just start cackling. You will likely feel ridiculous at first, but over time it will get easier. Ideally, you want to spend 30 minutes a day laughing. Find a great comedy, giggle with your girlfriends, subscribe to humorous quotes or blogs, enroll in Laughter Yoga, and start belly rumbling! Hint: if you are having trouble laughing, start by smiling, smile at yourself in the mirror, it will crack you up!

11. Balance Your Energy. We are all energy, and regardless of how healthy our diets are, how much we exercise, and all the emotional releases we have, sometimes our energy meridians can get thrown out of wack.  If you are following all the steps, and still feeling some fatigue or imbalance, I would suggest that this has happened to you. I blogged a bit about this a few months ago in my Energy Medicine entry. I highly recommend implementing Donna Eden's 5 Minute Daily Energy Routine into your schedule. I do it first thing when I get up. It removes any energy blockages, and I've noticed an immediate energy increase since I've implemented this tool. Check it out here: http://www.squidoo.com/energy-routine

12. Prayer. It's important to have a sense of grace in your life. Regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs, at some point, you need to get out of your own way, and let go/let god. Prayer is simply a way to release your fears, your desires, anything to the Universe. Let it go, take a step back, and watch the Law of Attraction at work. This is a great tool to manifest the life you want, and develop a healthier you on all levels.

What tools have you used to transform your life? Let me know how these 12 Steps work for you, I'd love to hear about your progress!

Love and Gratitude,

I'm a Reiki Gal Now!

A few weeks ago I finished my Reiki Level II class.  It's taken me awhile to absorb everything I've experienced and piece together the best way to represent Reiki to you.  I took the first level several months ago, and learned the basics on how to feel energy and direct it to heal myself and others.  Unfortunately, I went to that class on less than an hour of sleep, after a night of puking my guts out, so I didn't have the focus I wish I had.  I did do some Reiki on myself for a few weeks after the class, and then promptly forgot all about it until the Level II class came up.  This time, I came mentally and physically prepared to soak it all in.  Wow, what an incredible and moving experience.  And in some ways terrifying, learning things about myself that I didn't want to admit, not necessarily bad things, but a change is coming, and that's always a tad bit scary.

So what is this Reiki nonsense anyway?  I've made mention of various energy healing modalities, EFT, Reiki, Resonance Repatterning, etc., but I'm not sure I've really explained it, and I'm not going to. Just kidding, sort of.  My Mother started down the Energy Healer path about 14 years ago, and has blossomed.  She's a healing guru, a superhero of energy medicine, and a kick ass woman.  She recently wrote a really great blurb on energy healing (which is what Reiki is) and I'd like to share that with you here.

Written by Rhonda Sandmoen
I am an Energy Healer, which means I practice Vibrational Medicine…an umbrella term for a myriad of energy techniques that heal more than just physical symptoms. I know that to some people “Energy Healing” or “Vibrational Medicine” may sound like some weird “new age” thing but in reality it is an ancient method of healing that is now being supported by the modern sciences of Quantum Physics, Biogenetics, and Noetics.
According to these sciences, we are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe where everything is energy, including thoughts, emotions, and us. Whenever we are sick it is because our energies are out of balance and not flowing properly. Pain and disease are both the symptom and the result of imbalanced energy. Since we are energetic beings and our unbalanced energies make us sick, then it follows that balancing our energies makes us well.
This is where Energy Healing enters the equation. If you were low on blood you would have a blood transfusion, if you are low on energy you need an energy transfusion! The major part of the rest of the world has understood this for thousands of years...think of Acupuncture, Qi Gong, Aromatherapy, Massage, etc. Here in the west where the drug companies rule we are conditioned to believe that we need drugs to be well, when in truth drugs only treat the symptoms of disease while creating even more energy imbalances. Drugs can’t heal the emotional and spiritual problems that are the underlying cause of illness; with energy healing you can awaken your inner healer and heal yourself!
Vibrational medicine supports and strengthens your immune system, eases your stress, heals your emotional wounds, eliminates pain, and improves your overall physical health, energy, and vitality. When your energies are strengthened and balanced you feel relaxed, have more clarity of mind, are more inspired, creative, and tuned into your inner guidance...these are the “side effects” of energy healing!
A good energy healer has a natural ability for the healing arts that allows her to feel or see energy, she (or he) is tuned into their inner guidance, has had years of training, and knows that she is merely the facilitator for healing, not the source.

Isn't she brilliant? Check her out at Awakening Wellness for more info on energy healing, to enroll in a class or book a session.

Mommy and Me

Now that you have more of an understanding of what Reiki is, I will share a little bit more about my experience. During the class, we practice directing energy, doing full body sessions on people, learning to intone where the pain is, and even sending energy long distance to heal people anywhere in the world.  I discovered during our practice that I am highly intuitive.  Now, my Mother has been trying to tell me this for years, but as an avid lover of Ghost Whisperer, Medium, and other books/movies/tv on psychics, I have to admit I never envied their "gift."  Who wants to be able to read people, commune with ghosts, and predict the future.  Sheesh!  Ok, so maybe I haven't developed all those skills, but these things do expand as you expand.  I did learn that I am pretty good at reading people, and what I mean by that is that when I focus on a person, sometimes images, colors, thoughts pop into my head.  When I've share those with the person I've "read", most often I have been on target.  Ok, so that's kind of neat, tad bit freaky, but comes in handy, especially in the dating world, right? LOL

Fairly tame, so far, but THEN, during my attunement (where you get the Reiki "download" so to speak) I had the coolest experience; I met my Spirit Guides.  Now, those of you who knew me when, so to speak, know that I used to proudly spout Atheist propaganda, and rolled my eyes in disgust at all those crazy Christian girls out there.  Obviously, things have changed a bit.  I've grown and expanded my Spiritual self, step by step, during these cancer years, and it's an ongoing process.  Spirit Guides, definitely a big step.  They came to me one by one, almost like a Picture Slideshow.  I saw my primary guides, a gorgeous blonde hanging out in a field of butterflies and a man in a top hat with a snake.  Several other minor guides appeared very quickly, and then I saw several totem animals pass by, so cool.  I've definitely never experienced anything quite like it before, and quite frankly I'm still adjusting.  Anyway, definitely a great experience, and I will go further into Spirit Guides and Animal Totems in a future blog.

Since then, I've slowly started to open myself to more possibilities, but when it comes to the Spiritual stuff, I'm a baby stepper.  I've had a few more experiences, even met a ghost; it's definitely been life altering.

Well, there is always more to share, but for now, be grateful, create your own love list, eat lots of carrots, and think about exploring the world of energy healing.

One last thing....
I'm putting together a list of people who may need a little healing.  If you would like to be included, or know someone you'd like to include, let me know.  I have a little Reiki box with names and circumstances, and I plan on sending a little Reiki to those people each day.  Don't be shy, you might not feel a thing, but maybe it will brighten your day just a bit.

Let me know what you think, comments make me happy! :)

Energy Medicine

Recently I started seeing a local healer who uses the methods created by Donna Eden.  Donna is a very courageous and inspiring woman.  Born with a heart murmur and metabolic problems, she soon developed tuberculosis.  As a child she had severe hypoglycemia and allergies; by age 16 she suffered from Multiple Sclerosis.  At 27 she had a heart attack, suffered from asthma in her 30's, had a near fatal insect bite at age 33 and developed breast cancer at age 34.  More than one doctor told her to get her affairs in order.  Instead of giving up, Donna, who had been able to see energy her entire life, used her gift to understand how her body worked.  She started experimenting with various techniques and watched the effect these "exercises" had on her energy field.  She learned how to balance her chakras and meridians and eventually healed herself.  She's now in her late 60's, and tours the world sharing her healing techniques.

I've been doing her "Daily Energy Routine" for about three weeks now and have noticed a burst in energy.  It's a really simple routine that anyone can do.  The exercises in the routine are designed to restore energy, strengthen the immune system, focus the mind, sharpen memory, expel toxic energies and protect the body from negative energies.  Here's a video of the daily routine:

Kim (my local healer) is also very intuitive and had some interesting reflections during my last visit.  She told me that she felt that in a past life I experienced a great love, one for the storybooks.  When my soul returned to experience this life, it eventually realized the other soul was not here.  The disappointment was such that my soul no longer wanted to continue life on this plane.  Isn't that interesting.  She also feels that my ying and yang are out of whack and I need to get down my my feminine self.  So, I've taken up knitting.  I'm definitely still a beginner, but just you wait, I'll be making sweaters and scarves in no time!

Kim's final message concerned the mother of all my tumors, I call her Faith (yes, I named my tumors), the original instigator, located in the left side of my neck.  This tumor is still stuck on the original programming; helping my soul exist this would.  She refuses to budge.  Kim feels that if I can eliminate Faith, the others will loose their enthusiasm and dissolve quickly.  This really resonated with me.  I've thought a lot about possible solutions.  One option is surgery, however, considering they refused to remove the tumor when I was originally diagnosed, whose to say they will do it now.  My second option is to really connect with Faith, spend time reassuring her that I no longer need her and it's ok to let go.  This may seem silly, but each cell in our body has it's own intelligence and prime directive and we are the master controller.  Many people have healed by communicating loving with their bodies.  There are some specific techniques, such as Soul Language, Ho'oponopono, gratitude exercises, mirror work and Reiki.  I plan on giving these methods a chance, for at least thirty days, and then decide whether or not to look into surgery.  I would prefer not to have to go that route, but will do as I must to heal.

(Note:  I just looked in the mirror and tried to take a picture of the tumor, and it was TOO SMALL TO SHOW UP!!! It's definitely still pronounced, but much flatter than a few days ago!! I will continue sending healing and releasing thoughts and would appreciate any from my dear friends and readers. Thank you)
