Dr. Group's 7-Day & 6-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanses

Cleansing is an important part of healing, and really it's important for everyone. The average person has 25lbs of backed up feces in their colon. Everybody has gall stones, just in most cases they pass on their own. I hate to tell you this, but you have parasites. Yes, creatures are feeding on you right now, and that's not a good thing. Most people also have heavy metals in their system due to our environment. As I've recently gone through a health crisis, I've decided to do some cleanses. This doctor has an entire program, Colon Cleanse, Liver and Gallbladder Cleanse, Parasite Cleanse and Heavy Metal Cleanse. I plan on going through the entire process, starting with the Colon Cleanse as recommended. Here is the info, I'll let you know how it turns out! 



Supplies Needed for the 6-Day Advanced Oxygen Colon Cleanse:

Note: If you purchase aloe juice from your local health food store, make sure it's the highest quality available (without any added sugars and preferably organic).

What Should I Drink during the 6-Day Advanced Colon Cleanse

Try to drink 1 gallon of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail every day during the 6-Day Cleanse. It is best to keep this Cocktail refrigerated throughout the day. If you are not able to finish the gallon by the end of the day, discard the rest and start fresh the following day. Do your best to finish 1 gallon per day.

Daily Instructions for making the Colon Cleansing Cocktail:

Each Morning:

  • Start with 1 gallon of distilled or Wellness Water®, preferably stored or purchased in a glass container.
  • Pour out 4 ounces of the distilled or purified water from the gallon so that you can add the additional ingredients listed below.
  • Add three tablespoons of raw non-pasteurized Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) to the gallon of water. Shake well. If the taste is too strong for you to handle, reduce to 2 tablespoons per gallon until you become accustomed to the taste.
  • Add 2 ounces of R PUR Aloe International® 18X Concentrate or organic aloe vera juice from your local health food store.
  • Add the juice of ½ organic lemon
  • Mix well and keep refrigerated
Personal Note: Distilled water works beautifully to help detoxify the body. However, if you regularly consume distilled water it may cause a mineral depletion from your body. Therefore, I recommend always adding Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to distilled water to replace the essential minerals normally absent.

Dosage Instructions For The 6-Day Advanced Oxygen Colon Cleanse:

Days 1-6 of Colon Cleanse

UPON WAKING

  1. Mix your own Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail. Drink 20 ounces from the time you make your drink till the time you eat breakfast.
  2. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.

BREAKFAST

  1. Eat as much fruit as you can until you are full, but eat only 1 type of fruit!
  2. Choose 1 of the following: grapefruit, white grapes, pineapple, oranges, or watermelon. If these are not in season substitute with apples or bananas.
  3. After Breakfast and before your Mid-Morning Snack, consume another 20 ounces of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail.
  4. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.
  5. Take 3 capsules of Latero-Flora™ or another high quality Probiotic supplement.

MID-MORNING SNACK (halfway between breakfast & lunch)

  1. Eat as much fruit as you can until you are full. Only eat 1 type of fruit!
  2. Choose one of the following: blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries or goji berries. If berries are not in season, replace them with apples or bananas.
  3. After your Mid-Morning Snack and before your Lunch, consume another 20 ounces of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail.
  4. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.

LUNCH

  1. Eat as much fruit as you can until you are full. Only eat 1 type of fruit!
  2. Choose one of the following: apples, papaya, or bananas.
  3. After Lunch and before your Mid-Afternoon Snack, consume another 20 ounces of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail.
  4. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.

MID-AFTERNOON SNACK (halfway between lunch & dinner)

  1. Eat as much fruit as you can until you are full. Only eat 1 type of fruit!
  2. Choose one of the following: grapefruit, white grapes, pineapple, or oranges
  3. After your Mid-Afternoon Snack and before your Dinner, consume another 20 ounces of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail.
  4. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.

DINNER

  1. Eat as much fruit as you can until you are full. Only eat 1 type of fruit!
  2. Choose one of the following: avocados or tomatoes (tomatoes need to be vine ripened for best results). You may use fresh lime juice, natural sea salt (preferably Himalayan salt), cayenne or black pepper to season the avocado, or tomato if necessary. However, it is best to eat these fruits raw.
  3. After your dinner meal and before bedtime consume another 20 ounces of Dr. Group's Colon Cleansing Cocktail
  4. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.

BEFORE BEDTIME

  1. Repeat the following Affirmation 9 times: I Am Clean and Healthy.
  2. Take 6 capsules of Oxy-Powder® with the remaining 8 ounces of the Colon Cleansing Cocktail. If you do not achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your dosage by 2 capsules each night until you achieve 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day. Take this same dosage every night before going to bed for the remaining days of the 6-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse. If you experience 6 or more bowel movements the following day, reduce your dosage by 2 capsules each night until you achieve the recommended 3 to 5 daily bowel movements. After the 6-Day cleanse I recommend following the Oxy-Powder maintenance dosing below.
MUST READ! Oxy-Powder® will cause watery, extremely soft and easily passed stools similar to diarrhea. The watery and soft stools are the result of the oxygen in Oxy-Powder turning the solid waste and bowel compaction into a liquid or semi liquid form.
This is a NORMAL reaction and a sign that you are cleansing properly. This is NOT diarrhea, which is usually the result of an infection or laxative and is associated with dehydration and electrolyte deficiencies. Oxy-Powder is completely safe and will not cause dehydration or an electrolyte deficiency.
For You to Know: Temporary abdominal cramping may occur in individuals performing their first colon cleanse. Cramping is a sure sign your digestive tract is not functioning at optimal levels and you need to continue the 6-Day Oxygen Colon Cleanse. This should subside by the 3rd day. To help relieve temporary cramping I recommend you get up from bed, drink 8 ounces of distilled or purified water and walk around for about 15 minutes to increase your blood flow and let gravity help move the Oxy-Powder and toxins down through the intestinal tract.

Have You Seen My Motivation?

This last week I've  been extremely unmotivated and lazy. It's not just fatigue, it's just an innate boredom and lack of desire to do anything. I think it has to do with the detox, it makes one's brain a bit fuzzy at times. Yes, still detoxing, and really, forever detoxing I'm afraid, yet glad. Ever since starting the coffee enemas I've been doing some crazy detox. And not just the obvious kind, but apparently my lymph system is opening up, and I've been coughing up mucus like crazy. I also am expecting any day now to start coughing up pieces of flesh. Yes, gross I know, but the tumors have to get out somehow and either they push themselves out like pimples (yikes!), come out through eliminations, or you can literally cough pieces up. Hopefully, I'm  eliminating some of them, but I have been coughing a lot and I do know people with tumors in similar locations have actually coughed up chunks of tumor. Freaking me out a bit, but I've been assured they will come out in manageable chunks and not choke me to death or anything.









All that aside, some of my motivation issues have been simply ridiculous. I managed  to get my sheets into the basement Saturday evening to wash them, but could not find the motivation to bring them back up and put them on my bed. So, I've been sleeping in the spare bedroom, yes, for the last three nights, and possibly tonight. My Dad has agreed to put the sheets on, but his availability is up in the air right now. I just can't get motivated to do it. It took me three days to force myself to get to the grocery store, and I almost left without spinach, the most important item on my list. I'm still not sure what all I bought, but it seems to be working so far.

Fortunately today I seem to be doing a bit better. I had some queasiness this morning, but after some serious releasing, it seemed to be better. I was able to make a delicious green smoothie, finish my book, do a detox bath, and SHAVE MY LEGS!!! Yes, this is extremely exciting news. I haven't shaved in months, maybe since May, because I haven't been able to bend over like that or sit and get out of a tub. So I've been living with hairy mountain man legs, and I have to say it gets tiring after awhile. It took some effort, but I now I wonderfully smooth legs. Feels good.

And now I am heading off to my colonics appointment for more releasing. Hopefully tomorrow I will be super motivated, although I'm not sure to do what, but I'll figure that out tomorrow.

Detox: My Week of Cleansing

It's been over a week since I've posted, and that's because I'm gone through some MAJOR detoxing. This past weekend I basically peed and slept. I didn't really eat, or do anything else. The thing is, I felt just fine. I've been through fatigue phases before where it usually is not the greatest sign. But this was definitely my body going through some serious changes. I lost almost 15lbs of the water weight (woot!) and am nearing my regular weight. My tumors continue to drop, and my body is healing like no crazy.

 

Things I've learned this week:
  • Sleep is incredibly healing, especially with an awesome bed and cozy pillow
  • I missed drinking green smoothies. Somehow I got out of the habit, probably when I was hospitalized, but I restarted this week. Peach, blueberry, spinach anyone?
  • Coffee enemas are really important. My initial experience were really horrible, but after reading some tips and getting everything set up right, it went fairly smoothly this time. And while I initially didn't get a lot of releasing, that night I seriously released up a storm. This is definitely part of my daily routine now. 
  • Detox baths are heavenly. Lavender essential oil, don't bathe without it. So calming. 
  • Meditation is very healing, especially when going through emotional detox. Keep the MP3 player close at all times.
  • The Vibe machine is also a great way to heal, and all you do it sit there, for six minutes, and let the energy raise your frequencies. 
  • It's important to also get your veggies in, but know that you can't always be perfect. 
  • Going out with friends is a really important part of healing. It's important to have amazing, supportive people in your life. 
  • Sadly, I also learned that some relationships, even with family members, are not always healthy. Sometimes we have to eliminate or at least temporarily break from these situations in order to protect ourselves and continue healing. 
I am feeling so much better. I've been more awake, getting my clarity back, and loving that I can wear regular clothes again!! I also have gotten back to reading fiction. My mind has been so back and forth that I've had problems focusing on reading, plus with all the water weight I could NEVER get comfortable. Now, I can cozy up in my reading nook and enjoy a good book.

I plan on catching up on some blogging this week and continue to focus on healing.

Getting Down With Colonics

One of the most important pieces of the healing process is releasing toxins from the body. Anything our body does not release, is returned to the blood stream. Colonics are a great tool for cleaning out the colon and releasing years of buildup. Here's some information from my wonderful colonics practitioner Caroline: 

Colon Hydrotherapy (also called Colonics, High Enema, Colon Lavage) is the safe, gentle infusion of warm filtered water into the rectum using no chemicals or drugs. It is a restorative, painless procedure which is both relaxing and effective. The individual lies comfortably on a custom treatment table and the therapist gently inserts a small speculum into the rectum. The therapist then monitors the temperature and pressure of the water infused into and out of the colon (large intestine) without any assistance on the part of the individual.

This will induce peristaltic contractions in the colon, and the patient will begin to expel fecal matter thru the colonic hose which leads back to the colonic machine and through a clear glass viewing tube. It is quite interesting to see what is expelled during a normal colonic treatment. One may see mucous, parasites and very old feculent material (noted by its dark black color) pass through this tube. This old feculent material may have been lying in the patient’s colon for years. In addition, the patient may experience sensations of warmth due to the presence of toxins in the feculent matter. While the patient is receiving the colonic treatment, the colon therapist lightly massages various parts of the abdomen to help loosen and dislodge areas of fecal impaction.


Colon therapy cleanses the entire colon without stressing the individual and provides a closed system in which waste material is eliminated through the instrument and out the drain line, avoiding any offensive odor and maintaining the dignity of the individual. Colon therapy is an extended and more complete form of an enema. The enema’s cleansing activity is limited to the area of the rectum and to shorter periods of time due to the body’s natural wish to expel any material from the rectum. The colon therapy method extends beyond the rectum to cleanse the entire large intestine and offer greater cleansing and therapeutic benefits. Enemas or laxatives may precipitate dehydration in the individual, but colon hydrotherapy, in effect, would improve the hydration status of the individual.
